Finally, we have figured out what causes this problem.
So to put it here, if somebody gets this problem.
The problem is in the layer name in TVPaint. When people accidentally press SPACE after the Layer Name, that causes the problem.

I am exporting my TVPaint file with JSON, format png. Usually, it works perfect, But with some shots, I get the note: "Can't open file." I have figured that there is apparently a problem with a certain layer. If I delete that layer, the export works. And if I export that layer as a png seq...

We are unable to save our TVPaint projects directly on our NAS Server. We get: can't create file ......tvpp.tmp We already changed TEMP directory but still doesn't save to location on server Other Software files (like Photoshop) we can save on our NAS Server.
