it seems you have a problem with your hard drive. Hope it is a software problem and reinstalling Windows 2000 solves your problem. If it is a hardware problem, try to use an other hard drive if you can (at least to test).

Have you try to load it in an external video player? This may help the developers to know if it is the saving or the loading that fails.

Instead of removing the single FX, maybe it is possible to merge it with the multiple one. Just adding a check box to only use the selected effect and not the others? just a thought.

I think the question should be: "Does someone know there is a Single FX mode?"

There is an checkbox in the Display tab of the TVP Animation Settings panel to display/hide the preview of the brushes.

This should fix your problem.
