2. You don't need any steenking AI to do this. The technique is well established for about 30 years now, I've used it in Animo and Toons.

This sometimes happened to me back in v10, I just re-started TVP and everything worked fine again.

Confirmed in 11: if you use pure and pastel intermittently, like drawing pastel and eraseing same colour pure, some strange effects may appen when erasing, so far that something completely erased shows up again in grey.
