Here is what WORKED for me: I was encountering the same issue on my Mac. (Catalina) On my other Mac (Big Sur) everything works fine. My SAVE window would freeze. the second one is called apple-something :). That's the one that is trying to save your file. Sorry, as we cannot reproduce that would you mind giving me the exact name of the process ? I switched back to System to check. It's: com.apple.appkit.xpc.openAndSavePanelService (TVPaint Animation 11 Pro)

Okay, panic over - sorted it by finding the panel .bin in the TVPaint Application, and copying that alongside the data folder into an accessible home folder. I was then able to load that as a custom panel (data folder has to be in same location to bring in the tools).

Hi, I loaded a brush into the custom panel, or so I thought, but it seemed to remove all the tool presets (chalk, watercolour etc) in the right-hand column. I now have no tool presets at all. How do I reload them? Are they kept somewhere on the dongle/prog folder or do I have to get them again from ...
