Re: WIP - Terry Wu's Animation exercises
I was interested in seeing what the character would do next, which is probably the most important thing (I'm talking about the first exercise). There are parts, like the one where he reaches into the paper bag, where the body is perfectly still. Generally, you want to put the whole body into every m...

A separate window for model sheets and/or sketching
It would be nice to have a panel or window with a model for reference, to make sure your character is on model in every frame. This window would always float above the canvas, so you could position it next to your drawing for comparison. It would contain multiple pages of drawings that you could sel...

Re: Rotating the workspace.
Thanks! I thought I had tried every combination, but now I see that you need to wait a bit after pressing ctrl-alt/ctrl-opt before it takes effect. I'll have to look up how to assign custom shortcuts now. It wasn't under preferences. As a right-handed person, I find it difficult to flip back and for...

Rotating the workspace.
I couldn't find this in the manual, so I'm assuming it's not a feature of the software; what I'm looking for is a way to activate the rotation tool temporarily by holding down a key, rotating the workspace and letting go the key to switch back to your drawing tool. This works in all the other applic...

Re: Conflict between TVPaint and Lightwave on Mac.
Thank you. I'm using version 9.3.
I installed version 7.4 of the Sentinel driver, and TVPaint works fine with that, too, but not Lightwave.
EDIT: Never mind, the problem seems to have resolved itself somehow, even though I did the same things as before. Thanks for your help.

Re: Conflict between TVPaint and Lightwave on Mac.
I tried that and Lightwave still doesn't recognize the dongle. The lw.zip file was corrupted, so I couldn't open it.

Conflict between TVPaint and Lightwave on Mac.
I emailed TVPaint directly about this, before realizing there is a tech support forum. Sorry. When I install the Sentinel Driver that came with TVPaint, it disables the dongle for Lightwave; when I install the Sentinel Driver that came with Lightwave, it disables the dongle for TVPaint. I am using M...
