Re: TVP 11.5.3 crashes during sleep (Windows)
Happens to me too since updating to ver 11.5.3. Im also using Win10 on a MobileStudio Pro 16. Ive found TVP 11 to run less reliably than TVP 10 in general but now after the latest update it crashes litterly every time I turn the computer to sleep mode. Very irritating. Yes, it's not related to TVPa...

Do you pick the color with your pen or with the mouse ?
Note : there's an improvement to come regarding this point.

Re: Rename brushes saved to Bin
Would it be possible to add the capability for Rename Brushes saved to the tools Bin ? My example on attached screen shots is of a custom Eraser but the improvement would apply to any tool saved in a Bin. I like the idea :) It should be quick to do. done ! Capture d’écran_2022-04-27_13-13-59.png

They're pics from the web, that I adapt. Actually, maybe I should try to draw my own personal avatar

Re: Use of PNGs in After Effects
What about WebP ? It seems that, like PNGs, WebP was made more for single images for the web, as opposed to image sequences. That didn't stop PNGs to be, it seems, widely used for image sequences, so maybe it could be the same for the WebP format. I would imagine that it is not so much the fact tha...

Re: Handles on instances
I just started another post about this subject. Is nobody having the issues I am having with this new method? When trying to move a layer, it's now really easy to accidentally grab these squares, and removing frames while thinking you are moving a layer. I almost lost lots of animation by this new ...

I LOVE TVPaint to animate in, but you guys seriously need to improve your tech issues. Thanks for your support. Maybe you could try with the latest version of the dongle driver ? https://supportportal.thalesgroup.com/csm?sys_kb_id=ea910657db92949080b23452399619a0&id=kb_article_view&sysparm_...

Actually, the whole UI needs improvement !
But I agree that advanced functions like the KeyFramer require urgent efforts.

Re: Video layers (no pre-load) causing lag
Note : I'm not sure how TVPaint would work with a video that wasn't preloaded. My guess it that either it rebuilds all the instances starting from the beginning of the video, or it rebuilds all the instances starting from the nearest I-frame up to the current instance to be displayed. I'll check tha...
