OK, now I fixed it.
I installed TVPaint totally new (without Dongle Drivers) and now, it works. Don't know, what happened.
Thanks a lot for your help .

Re: (Win10) Updated to 11.5 - now, the dongle is not working anymore
Have you tried restarting your computer ? Alternate solution : close TVPaint unplug your dongle uninstall the safenet driver reboot reinstall the driver plug your dongle start TVPaint I did it now exactly as you discribed, but nothing changed. Sam give the same results and TVPaint is still asking f...

Re: (Win10) Updated to 11.5 - now, the dongle is not working anymore
Did you actually switch over to the dongleless license ? No, I don't think. In my account I got only the 11.5 dongle version offered. I hoped there is the other on, without dongle, but was not there. So, you're using a SuperPro/UltraPro dongle, right ? First things first, please try reinstalling yo...

(Win10) Updated to 11.5 - now, the dongle is not working anymore
Hey, I updated to 11.5 but now, the dongle is no longer recognized. Yes, I read before about that 11.5 is now dongleless (Yeah!), but it still asks for the dongle and doesn't recognize it anymore. What can I do? Luckily I stored the previous version of TVP, should I go back? Thanks and best regards!...

Re: File doesn't open current save or crashes TVP
Hello Logan, I tried to open your second file (the large one) but was not able to do. I got an error message "File not found". There is one ugly thing with saving TVPaint files. Even if the software signals (the save progress bar disappears), that the process of saving is finished it doesn...

Re: Having issues Opening File
Difficult. 10.0.16 is totally outdated. If it is a legal version, you could update to 10.5.7 for free (if I am not wrong here). If its not legal, you are wasting our time :D. The file you posted looks OK for me. I can open it (TVPaint 11.0.8) and it is a lot of animation in it. You could make a test...

Re: Having issues Opening File
Hello Poob-keener, to get some help from the TVPaint team, you should post your pc-specs and the exactly version of the TVPaint you are using. For me, your file is working (2329 Frames of crazy rabbit animation .. or so). But I don't really understand your question. Is this file not working for you?...

Re: What is the best size for projects?
Yes, you can change the aspect ratio and the fields when exporting. Most important thing is to stay with the correct framerate from the beginning. Changing framerates when exporting can make some trouble.

Re: What is the best size for projects?
Hello Catriona, i would animate in TVPaint with 25fps, squarepixels and progressive. In the end I would export with the BBC-TV specs (Non square pixels and interlaced). Ask your customer for the exctly settings: Pixel aspect ratio and upper or lower fields. But as longs as I did this years ago, let'...

Re: Unable to use the Light Table on imported images
You can also set the lightable settings to "Image Color" at the top left and top right corner of the settings panel. But most of time you like to remove the white of the drawings anyway and the scan cleaner is your friend.

Re: Duplicate Layer with layer name + 1? - BUG REPORT
I know, it's another thing, but it was inspired by this discussion. It's my first george-script ever and it just covers the base idea of numbering layers. It works fine for my personal use, but it has some limitations. You get an error message, if the last letter of the layers name is not a number. ...

Re: Two versions - two dongles
I had the same situation in the past. Two dongles - one for version 10 and one for version 11. As long as you don't have both dongles plugged to the pc at the same time, it will work. My experience was, if you have both dongles plugged in it don't works, maybe because each version of TVPaint don't k...

Re: One TVP Installation for two dongels?
Now I think I know what the problem is. My TVPaint is a Single-License, and the one from the university is a Net-License. My TVPaint asks for a Single-License Dongle, and don't accepts the Net-Dongle. So I should work on myself to not be so scatterbrained and forgetful .

Re: One TVP Installation for two dongels?
I think I tried that, but it didn't worked. I downloaded my TVPaint installation from my user account and registered it to my dongle. The other dongle is registered to my university and when I try that one, I will be asked for a new unlock code. But the unlock code from the university will not be ac...
