builds and the setting is as shown, hmmmm... might need to do clean format for my working pc that is having the issue.

Since its not appear to be any plan on early fixes would it be possible to roll back to older version before december?

the version is 11.5.0-64 bits

yes, other software in my PC such as Clipstudio , Blender(GreasePencil) and Photoshop don't have the same issue.

and I made sure to open only one software at a time.

Oh, btw I'm using

-Window10
-TVPaint 11.5 64Bit Standard Edition

So atm it appears I can't have pen sensitivity without turning on 'WindowInk' in wacom preference. (I'm using rather old tablet that requre rather old driver to run properly). but if I turn the WindowInk on then I can't do alt+RMB for zooming in and out , anyone having same issue? kinda shame having...
