Re: STRANGE ISSUE never before encountered . . .
ZigO, your questions/mullings answered in order: 1) No, no external hard drives, devices, etc. 2) It was the only project open. 3) I tried to save it to another drive (but not by "exporting project"); no luck with that. I will try exporting the project if it should happen again, and give i...

Re: Elodie, donne-moi un widget, s'il vous plait?
Fabrice, the widget would be an advertisement for TVPaint. That's all. If you click on the widget, which would have the TVPaint logo on it and whatever else you'd like to include, and it would take you to the TVPaint website. TA DA! TVPaint users could put it on their websites because they want to p...

Re: STRANGE ISSUE never before encountered . . .
It appears that I lost it all . . . colossal bummer. :x I save regularly, but I was racing against this storm so I wasn't paying attention like usual. I searched in the TVPaint template file and there is nothing by the name I assigned to the template. Any ideas why this happened and what I can do in...

Re: STRANGE ISSUE never before encountered . . .
WINDOWS 7. I think I may have already lost it. I also saved it as a template - or at least tried to save it as a template - I don't know how to open a template to verify it was saved. Thank you Herve.

STRANGE ISSUE never before encountered . . .
I cannot save the file on which I'm working. No matter what name I save it to, it tells me that TVPaint "cannot save file." I've tried plain ol' SAVE, SAVE TO, etc. Nothing works. There is a big storm approaching our area which often leads to downed power lines - I'm feeling somewhat panic...

Re: Elodie, donne-moi un widget, s'il vous plait?
Elodie, I was thinking in more general terms than those who have responded. Just a cool-looking TVPaint icon that links to the website. Perhaps we could have a contest as to the "icon art" that will accompany the TVPaint logo on the widget. Oui?

Elodie, donne-moi un widget, s'il vous plait?
I would love to have a TVPaint widget to add to my websites. The more I use this product and get to know its intricacies, the more I love it.
With all the brain power you have there at TVPaint Headquarters in Metz, I demand a widget! Whattya say? (It would be free advertising for TVPaint, too!)![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

Re: Am I Just a Dope or What?
Thanks, ZigO.
I ended up saving, quitting, then reopening. I had a few projects open and I was trying to avoid closing TVPaint because I feared I'd forget what I was doing. I tried the other rooms to no avail, so I was left with no choice.
All's back to normal. I guess it was a glitch.![Question :?:](./images/smilies/icon_question.gif)

Am I Just a Dope or What?
Am I just a dope  or did my TVPaint glich? My Main Menu (File, Edit, Project, Layer, . . .) disappeared and I'm not sure what I did to it. I searched the 14 thousand pages of the TVPaint User Guide and couldn't find anything about the Main Menu's ability to toggle. I went down the list of all...

NEVER MIND
I figured out part of the problem, but the other part is still an enigma. This is the part that isn't resolved: I cut and paste an image and, for some reason, an old image with its several layers comes along for the ride. It's like they're all lurking on my clipboard somewhere in TVPaint Land. I bel...

IMAGE APPEARS
I have an extremely puzzling situation going on here. It's happened more than once, also. I have a scene with several layers, but only one frame each (illustration, not animation). I just saved the scene and an image appeared on top of my illustration, although it's NOT in any of the layers. The act...

Re: PERSPECTIVE: 4 POINTS FX
I can't seem to find where I 'set it to "fill," not "once."' Where do I do this?
Added note: I'm not using the perspective FX for drop shadow, but I was hoping to use it to make an image diminish in size toward the horizon.

Oooooh! Now I get it! Thank you so much, ematecki. You've succinctly cleared up the mystery for me.
