Hi Xavier, Thanks for your help, I tried testing on a different client and its working fine. Not really sure what was happening but suspect it was related to having upgraded the computer from a dongle version of the licensing. Hi Xavier, Thanks for your response. It does find the IP automatically, but I have also tried putting the IP in to no effect. The fact that the server has logs for the attempts suggests to me this isn't the issue and that something else is causing it. I probably should have mentioned I have stripped...

I had a similar issue last year and found that deleting this file and allowing it to be recreated by opening and closing the application fixed the issue for me. Does anyone know how to perform a silent install of TV paint? I am trying to deploy using SCCM which means I need to install on the commend line.
