Thanks so much Dean! I destroyed that poor little guy and sent you a pic via PM!

I just upgraded from 11 pro to 12 pro, and after the purchase, a window asked me to upload proof of my destroyed dongle. Is the dongle no longer an option with 12? Also, what exactly do I need to upload for proof?

Can confirm it works for me now too! Also it looks like flipping the Wacom pen from eraser back to paintbrush works properly now too! Thanks!!!

I still use the dongle

When I go to my account and click on the download 11.7.3 link to download the Win 64 version, it is still downloading 11.7.2.

Has anyone figured out a working workaround to this issue?

I can confirm that the new hotfix does not recognize the dongle. I uninstalled the previous version before installing the hotfix, and made sure I had the newest sentinel drivers, and am not able to get past the dongle-check screen. Reverting back to the Dec 7 version works again. I am on Windows 11 ...

Just curious, as a user who still uses a dongle for TVPaint, will I have to update to WIBU licensing in order to update to 11.7 once it’s released, or is the dongle still going to be supported?

It’s the 11.5.3 hot fix (win64) that was just pushed a couple days ago that makes my dongle unrecognized. Reverting back to the 11.5.3 (before the hot fix) makes it work again.
