Re: Forum aliases and names?
That's what I was thinking. Think I'll change it. Seems like a good community here.

Forum aliases and names?
Hi there, pretty new here and to TVPaint and I've noticed that a lot of people here have quite straightforward alias. Been thinking about dropping the videogame handle and the using my own something I rarely do? What's the etiquette here? And what people's views in general? And specifically in this ...

Re: Samsung Tab S7 (S7+) Anyone using with TVPaint-Android?
Yes, we understood that you guys care about this version :) A brand new S7+ arrived at the office last week. TVPaint worked perfectly on Android 10 (T970XXU1ATK3), not anymore after a first system upgrade (T970XXU1BUAA), neither after the second (T970XXU1BUBB). So this will probably be my first tas...

Timeline track increase or decrease height
Timeline track increase or decrease height as in Resolve or Premiere. One way to offer this would be at the UI scaling options add a second column for the timeline separate. That way you could have the interface and icons from option 2 and the timeline scaling from 1 which in my case with a cintiq 1...

Timeline zoom into playback head position
At the moment when you zoom in and out of the timeline the zoom isn't centred around the playback head. My process at the moment is zoom in scroll over and continue. Doesnt sound like much of a timesaver but with the amount I zoom in and out of the timeline it would save soo much time overall and it...

Re: Tvp to PSD video layers
Hi D.T Nethery. "take advantage of specific Photoshop brushes" thats the reasson. there is no way to make tvpaint work like photoshop when we are talking about brushes. bealive me, I tried. if you chek the "Kyle´s brush" for example, it has an amazing behaviour. photoshop has du...

Re: Samsung Tab S7 (S7+) Anyone using with TVPaint-Android?
Hi there, Yep. Just bought a S7+ with the old two-point-something UI and TVpaint pro 11.5 works like a dream. Hasn't crashed once. Transfering projects between the desktop and the S7 and back is super easy (yay! android). I was amazed by how good the pen is. I had heard that it doesn't compare to th...

Re: 4K on TVpaint pro
I thought I would post an example of what I mean. TV Paint setting 1 on 15.6 inch 4k screen (Too small).JPG vs TV Paint setting 2 on 15.6 inch 4k screen (Too big).JPG It's just the timeline which is a bugger for me at setting 1 the handles in particular are very tricky to grab with the wacom pen. I ...

Re: Handles on instances
That's a great idea, it would help with my 15.6inch citiq pro scaling issue, but yeah if I've got a long peice then the disappearing handle is a little annoying.. I like using #1 scaling setting, but find the handle tricky to use.

Re: 4K on TVpaint pro
The only issue I have with the resolutions is that on a a 15.6 4k cintiq I feel like a setting between 1 and 2 (1.5) would be perfect as the handles on the timeline can be really tricky when the Res is set to 1 even though the real estate and everything is perfect. If I could just adjust the size of...
