Re: Custom Panels for flipping between Keys, Breakdowns, Inbetweens etc.

btw... a colorwheel is very easy to create in TVPaint using the preset "spectrum" gradient
in a filled circle with a "Radial Gradient"
.

Re: Using AI for colouring process?

Thats a no. This example from the manual is a runcycle that happens to allow just a few strategically placed squiggle lines to color all frames correctly. Its actually a bit of a cheat and not a real life coloring example. Its good to be aware that this is a way to use it, just be aware that most an...

Re: Using AI for colouring process?

So, I enjoy animating but one of the processes I abhor is the colouring process. It's not creative at all, just a slog. I thought it was just me until I saw Tonino's video title lol: https://youtu.be/CNqdWW4GtrE ... Thank you. i agree. And, like i saw Tonino mention in the video, i have experimente...

Re: Pressure Sensitivity Opacity Brush Connections

i went back to v11 (still prefer that version!) i made an animated brush of 256 steps and connected the animation to pressure an important option is the alpha diff blendmode which neatly blends the opacitys together... That drawing mode was custom made to fit the painterly animation style of Hisko H...

Re: where is the lighttable panel?

So i was forced to close tvpaint, without ...

Re: Pressure Sensitivity Opacity Brush Connections

i made a custombrush with an opacity responding to pressure for you. But i am still struggling with floating panels that disappear...now the panel to export custom panels is hidden somewhere. tvpaint gets greyed out and i cannot find the exportpanel anywhere i have to press escape .. so now i cannot...

Re: where is the lighttable panel?

First, if you use multiple monitors is under Interface > Panels > multi-screen panels, if you turn this off and restart it should bring them all to your main scree. Alternatively, under that there is an option for "Panels in the taskbar" just below the above option, which will put all you...

Re: where is the lighttable panel?

Thank you Kelan!

i also used to stretch out the panel over multiple monitors before and that certainly has its drawbacks.
I'll try your suggestions.

it seems Avi directshow mjpeg is a good one... close to the lossless png mp4 and a bit smaller...
and looks good in VLC

Re: Video files are exporting extremely dark.

This has to be the avi codec.
did you try other settings ?
like AVI directshow? or anothermode with the AVI(internal)?

I usually have good results with the MP4 format.

Another save bet would be to export as png sequence and export that from a NLE
