Re: Making shortcuts is unnecessary difficult
I'd also like a different view at seeing my shortcuts. Instead of having the keyboard key have a function. Wouldn't it make a lot more sense if a function could have a key assigned to it? So instead of: B = Brush E = Erase Turn the list around and show: Brush = B Erase = E This would also make chang...

Re: Panel outside of TVPaint window?
Thanks Léo
Not exactly sure how I got it this way, I think it happened when I unplugged a monitor or something...

about moving selected pixels
It would be nice when you use the lasso to select a part of the drawing, when you start moving the selection around, it would 'crop' the selection to only non-transparant pixels. And wouldn't add new pixels to the selection.
Photoshop behaves like this, it makes moving selections much easier.

Panel outside of TVPaint window?
What do I do when a custom panel is out of reach? I can see the buttons, but the panel titel (which you can click and drag around) is just outside of the TVPaint window. I can't close it, and there's no 'reset workspace' kind of button anywhere. http://www.lukaskrepel.nl/temp/TVP/paneloutofreach.png...

Selecting a tool with shortcut doesn't indicate selection
When you click on a custom tool in a panel with the mouse, it shows it's selected when drawing. But when you use a keyboard shortcut to select the tool, it doesn't... So you can't really see what tool is selected (except in the "last tool used" area, but that's not very handy) I'd really w...

Re: 32 bit is much faster than 64 bit ?
Hi Thierry, that's great to hear!Thierry wrote:Hello Lukas !
I suppose you are refering to the 64-bits Mac OS X version.
This "key-lag" is indeed a bug, and will be fixed in the next release (which is planned to be next week).
Is there a list of current known issues somewhere?

32 bit is much faster than 64 bit ?
What are the current known issues with the 64 bit version?
If I try to use the arrows to go to the next/previous frames, it needs to think for half a second before it actually does.
The 32 bit version works fine...
Was I wrong to expect 64 bit to be faster?

Re: Translate "Faux-Fixe"
Another thing I noticed. When you do: File > Open... you get a window where you can "Load" a project, this button should probably say "Open" like all other programmes call it. Simply to not confuse people who use more programmes than just TVPaint. I always thought "Localized...

More shortcut options
Many keyboard strokes are not available in the configure shortcut menu. Such as...: ⌘; ⌥; ⌘← ⌘→ I'd like to use those though, hopefully in the future all keyboard combinations will be available? (control + arrow is available, but that's previous/next space on OS X, so it shouldn't even be possible t...

Translate "Faux-Fixe"
Faux-Fixe could use an English name.
My guess is it means 'Moving Hold', even though its used for cycles/ping-pong/etc now too. But maybe there's a better name out there...

Making shortcuts is unnecessary difficult
Right now if you 'search' for a function in the shortcut menu it makes some texts red, but you still have to search yourself: http://www.lukaskrepel.nl/temp/TVP/shortcuts-old.png It should really be simpler, here's a simple suggestion, just remove functions that have nothing to do with the searched ...

Only show instance 'squares' when usefull.
The instances squares are probably my favourite TVP update ever, but the 'squares' you can drag to make instances longer/shorter really clutter the interface. I've used TVP a lot in the past, and am now getting back into it and the interface is really hard on the eyes (too much information everywher...

Instruction manual PDF's Table of contents unclickable
I know this is barely a feature request... But I just downloaded the manual to see what's changed, because I'm getting back into using TVP. Usually the pagenumbers in the Table of contents are clickable, and you automatically get send to the page. But not in the TVP manual. So you actually need to s...

Re: "Preferences" are in the wrong place
I understand that design choice, I guess it's easier that way.
I thought I'd fix it in the shortcut settings, but "cmd ," is unavailable. Is there a reason for this? Could it be added?
