ok i got it! i did the exact thing i did erlier after ive restarted tvpaint, and this time it worked! XD

i have selected the clouds layer as my source in the rendering tub. i know i must be missing a step but it seemes to me that i did all the steps you have mentioned.

also, after i move the cloud, i can see on the screen that it is where i want it. the moment i press apply fx stack it returens to its original position.
i also tried to do the same thing with an anime layer that had the clouds in it and got the same result...

1. i started with an anime layer which is blank on frame one followed by 200 instances 2. in the keframer randering i chose the image layer with the cloud as a source 3. i created a key on frame one and went on to frame 200, and moved the cloud 4.pressed play and saw it was working in the preview 5....

Hi elodie, Thank you for trying fixing it, but some of the layers were missing and after a couple of minutes tvpint stopped responding because of the file.
