Follow up: I clicked the Custom Panels Icon at the top of tvpaint's window. Custom Panels > Open a New Tool Bar From there I navigated to the plugins sub folder located in the tvpaint directory. In that folder, I selected SketchPanelRGB.bin. After doing this, I found the RGB Sketch Panel in the Tool...

Does anyone have a suggestion for this? I was messing around with my sketch panel RGB icons and accidentally clicked "Grab current tool with colors" and it changed the tool in the sketch panel.

How do we revert to the default tools and default tool panels?
