im currently able to use tvpaint 11 and 12 at the same time... if its the policy of tvpaint to disable use of v11 for those that pay to upgrade, then i think it could prove an issue going forwards for a lot of freelancers. ive opened up files done in earlier versions of tvpaint and i can already say...
