I got it!
Not only some files of TVPaint have been affected but also other ones from different kinds of softwares. AVG detected a virus so...this will take me some time to fix.

Hi. I was working on an animation when the computer crashed. I was expecting it, so I saved my file. The thing is, the computer turned off while TVPaint was still saving (that's what I suppose). Now, when I open the file it gets an error message then the program goes down. No, there isn't any backup...
