Re: TVPAINT ANIMATION 10 : Pre-order now !
this will be my last posting on this forum as the only thing I see here is stubbornness and narrow minded views. Not sure if asking for a lite version each time you post here can be called "support", but thank you for your wishes. Elodie, you obviously don't know me at all , which is fine,...

Re: TVPAINT ANIMATION 10 : Pre-order now !
I like how you undermine potential customers I don't think I need to spend more time on this forum and supporting TV Paint. Good luck TV Paint for the future. We prefer to be focus on a real software than on a lite version for kids

Re: TVPAINT ANIMATION 10 : Pre-order now !
a deal with Asus and having TV Paint demoed on the slick EP 121 Tablet PC would certainly cause a serious buzz

Re: TVPAINT ANIMATION 10 : Pre-order now !
I just received an email from Elodie and came to check what was new in TV Paint 10. Few points: - Too bad there is still no 'TVPaint lite version' ;-) - I am glad my "held cells indicators" suggestion still remained, I guess people are finding this useful - I was interested to see that &qu...

TV Paint light

Re: Breakdowns and Extremes
a key would be the minimum necessary to describe a motion. On a bouncing ball I would only have the starting pose, the Apex and the landing. All the rest goes in the same bag for me.

Re: TV Paint Light?
we have to highlight the responsiveness of the TV Paint team compared to other companies. I even remember asking for a feature during Annecy 2008 that saw the light 1 month later in TV Paint 9!!!

Re: TV Paint Light?
There is one thing I should also mention. Pretty much all my friends who own a Tablet PC use Sketchbook Pro to do simple Sketches. Sketchbook Pro has become the reference for sketching on Tablet PC but everytime someone tells me about it,...

Re: TV Paint Light?
hehe I am well aware of the TV Paint Student discount for student but unfortunately I am not a student anymore. The TV Paint student license is even more interesting if you find 4 other students but because of the lack/bad marketing of TV Paint, I wasn't able to attract enough people to the Good Sid...

Re: TV Paint Light?
ah and thanks I managed to maximize the workspace. Ideally I would also a Light version of TV Paint that gets rid of the area I painted in red but anyway, at the end of the day TV Paint is way to expensive for 3d animators and 2d animation enthusiasts so a stripped down version of TV Paint at a more...

Re: TV Paint Light?
the screenshot I used was from a fresh demo version of TVPaint 9 and I haven't used TV Paint for few years so I am not sure how to retract the left part of the interface. Regarding the bottom one..... well that is the only way to be able to work with TV Paint. How do you want to be able to fully use...

Re: TVPaint Animation Pro 8.6 for sale
TV Paint 9 only adds few more pixels but you work on a Tablet PC, which is the most wonderful concept, every single pixel is needed due to the usually small resolution (1024x768). For the sake of it, I am posting a screenshot of the software I am currently using, Pencil2d. You can see that it gives ...

Re: TV Paint Light?
well.... I just found that great example of what I need when planning my 3d animation Great example by ex Disney Animator and now Dreamworks supervisor Jason Ryan. People addicted to animation tradeshow know him for his dedication to sell the crappy Digicel software and .... he is very good at it. V...

Re: TV Paint Light?
hehe I don't think big companies buy Adobe softwares through the Adobe website. I am pretty sure Adobe send its reps directly to them ;-) I am a 3d animator so I only use Digital Animation software to rough out my thumbnails and timing before jumping into Maya so the only thing I need is the award w...

Re: TVPaint Animation Pro 8.6 for sale
actually... 8.6 is probably what I am looking for. TVPAint 9 has become way too cluttered and complex for me and for 250 euros this could be the TV Paint light I have been looking for....
