Re: TVP not asking when saving over files
Well I've found the culprit. Apparently, probably due to a software update, the option to ask when saving was unchecked. It's now been fixed and those responsible have been sacked. But it would still be nice to recover the file. I keep everything in Google Drive so I'm going to see if there's a way ...

TVP not asking when saving over files
So this is something weird. Normally, when attempting to save over a file, you'll get a dialog box that says "This file already exists, do you want to replace it?" However, when saving over a file, I get no such message. This is a problem as I accidentally just saved over one of my scene f...

Re: Brush Lag on Mac
Cool. Do I have uninstall the old version to install the new version? I've downloaded the ZIP folder and it seems to open a disk image as if I was going to install a whole new application. On Windows, it would probably do it automatically, but I'm new to Mac so I'm not sure if it's the same.

Re: Brush Lag on Mac
Thanks. I haven't noticed a difference between full screen mode. But it does go away in Windows mode. But I hate that mode so I'd like to avoid it.

Re: Brush Lag on Mac
So they're working on some kind of fix for this OS version? Good to know. I've never tried updating the program before. Will I be notified when a new version is available? After messing around with some settings, I've been able to get it to at least a workable place. It still runs a little hard when...

Brush Lag on Mac
Hello, I have just recently purchased a Mac after having used Windows for many years. I have noticed a substantial amount of brush lag where there was none on Windows. If I check "OpenGL" it goes away, but it causes the computer to run extremely hard and I imagine that's not good for the h...

Thanks so much!
Sorry if these are noob questions. The software is really good, but the names are a bit confusing.

Re: Questions about FXstack
Thanks for your replies. I did figure out what it was. I had to change it from "apply image" to "instance" so that it would happen on all the frames in the sequence. Still learning. A related question: Is there any way to set the keys other than to inbetween evenly? I.E slow in/o...

Questions about FXstack
So I'm pretty new to TVpaint (I'm using standard if it matters) and I'm trying to figure out how to put keyframes in to move certain pieces of artwork. I open up the FXstack, put in my desired keys, and preview it, but when I hit 'apply' and close the window, they go away. Am I doing it wrong? I'm a...
