Edit : J'ai plus ou moins trouvé, mais la solution ne garde pas le timing de l'animation d'origine (Selection > cut to new layer ; en gardant toute l'anim de sélectionnée) ! Je ne sais pas comment supprimer mon précédent message :')

I open TVpaint, go to Edit > Preferences > Load up my keyboard shortcuts, set up my saving preferences, interface, etc... > Work and/or Close TVPaint. When I boot up TVPaint again, the settings are back to default. So are my light table settings, shape settings, etc. Everything goes back to default....
