Même problème pour moi sur deux ordinateurs Windows 10 v.1607 (Surface Pro 4 et station de travail) et TVPaint 9.5 : Dongle branché mais plantage de TVPaint à l'ouverture. La version d'essai TVP 11.0.2 64 bits s'ouvre sans problèmes.
