sometimes I load the software and its there. and sometimes it isn't.
only when I switch to a different room it reappears.

whenever I try to edit clips on the timeline especially when adding sound and music too.

i have the same problem!
with ink i have pressure but not the right click
and with wintab i do not have pressure

this phenomenon happens to me too!

it could be nice to have an action to delete-

- layers with visibility mode off
- layers that have empty cels

the purpose is to have a quick way to clean the timeline from unnecessary layers
