Re: libavutil
I've succeeded to do it myself, cool! So I've edited the DEBIAN/control file, on the "Depends" line I wrote this: Depends: tvpaint.animation.pro, libavformat52 | libavformat-extra-52, libavcodec52 | libavcodec-extra-52, libavutil49 | libavutil50 | libavutil-extra-50 (I've extracted the deb...
Re: libavutil
When I try to reinstall the plugin ,by double-clicking on the .deb, it opens Ubuntu's software-center, and if I install it from there it automatically replace libavcodec-extra-52 by libavcodec52 on the process to solve dependencies. So I did install it with dpkg, it installed although the dependenci...
Re: libavutil
Ok so now it works with "regular" codecs.
I tried to install libavcodec-extra-52 in synaptic but the issue is that it uninstall libavcodec52 which it replaces, and so it uninstall the loader plugin too as it depends on libavcodec52 package.

Re: libavutil
Mmhh ok, I will check this (next week :)). Cool! Yes I'm on 64bits. libav*-extra-52 contains an unrestricted version of the libavcodec shared object, with (almost?!) all codecs available in the original sources enabled (as some restricted formats are disabled in debian's default libav*52 for legal ...
libavutil

New beta expiration date
Hi, first I want to say I'm happy the beta period is extended until January 1st! So I've installed the new version, but I still have a window at opening saying I've only 27 days remaining (Note that I'm sure to have the new version, as in the "Welcome" info at opening the date is January 1...

Nice idea to have made some rpm packages! I hope it will bring you many new users from those distribution ! I've installed it on a Fedora 13 laptop, it seems to work fine (although I didn't test with a tablet yet, I'm waiting for it in a few days) a little screenshot : http://img708.imageshack.us/im...

Re: 9.5.16 - 64bits
I guess it might be a library version problem on Glibc , maybe since you're on an "old" 8.10 system (here on a 10.04 it works fine).

Re: 9.5.16 - 64bits
Indeed, I was wondering if that was me dreaming, then this explains a lot! Now the best smooth is as fast as medium/normal smooth, and the little lag of the cursor tool preview I had noticed is almost disappeared (at a point it's barely noticeable so it's not annoying anymore). And I guess everythin...

New Open Video codec and format
Hi, Here it is, Google released VP8 codec open-source, with a Web container format based on Matroska: WebM http://www.webmproject.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; So feature request for TVPaint: import/export .webm files (and I guess theorically VP8 codec will can be use...

Re: Tool Preview
After more tests I've noticed this tool preview delay appears when I have the Navigator panel open. As soon as I hide it, the delay disappear. Also when I activate the "play" button on the Navigator the delay almost disappear (this is strange because it should take more resource to display...
