Can't Delete Layer

Hi, Ive just downloaded TV Paint and I can't seem to delete animation layers, for example rough sketch layers. I can hide them but really I want to delete them to stop a messy timeline. Right Clicking on the layer doesn't seem to open any options.

Help please!! :D
