Hi, I sent my USB dongle number twice and still have not received a response.
The download link for the installer is not working.
As I am needing to open these files for work, I really appreciate a quick response please.

I'm thinking my next option would be to reinstall the software, but I can't seem to find the DL link for Ver10?

They are work files, so I do need a verbal guarantee that the file won't be shared beyond you and that it will be deleted after use, if you can agree to that?

No nothing.
The largest TVP file I can open that I have is 2.32GB.
If I have TVP open already with another file, then attempt to open a TVP file above the size of 2.32BG, nothing happens.

All of a sudden, my TVP files over the size of 2GB won't open at all.
I'm not getting any error messages.
When I double click the TVP files over 2GB, the software will launch, but only open with a new empty file.
Can anybody help please?

TVP Animation 10.5.7 - 32bits

For some odd reason, the problem just fixed itself this morning!
I simply disconnected my cintiq and it worked!
Perhaps it had something to do with the graphics card....?

Anyway, thank you for the tip and if I have a problem next time I know I can try deleting the config file!!
