Hi, did this get resolved? Downloaded 11.5 this morning and it doesn't recognize the dongle. I'm running on Mac OS Mojave 14.6

Force-quit was the solution. I'd done a save not too long before, so not much was lost. Was largely concerned that there may be some other underlying issue with Catalina. I recklessly upgraded to OS Catalina 15.2 and already found the driver for my ancient Wacom Intuos dropped off the cliff into obsolescence and now I have this problem with tvpaint. Went to save a cropped version of a project and I'm stuck on the saving window. It's not frozen, it's just unresponsive...

I didn't receive an email either. I attempt to use the contact form on the site, and regardless of the browser I use or how I fill it out, I get the error message "X Please fill in the form correctly."
