Re: How to do a simple camera zoom-in?
Enable the camera in the playback bar. (see screen shot from the User Manual) TVPaint_10_User_Manual_enable_camera_in_playback.jpg . Thank you very much! That did the trick! The other thing to remember is when you Export , set the View to Camera view . TVPaint_Export_Camera_View.jpg . Thank you ver...

Re: How to do a simple camera zoom-in?
You have to open a new project as "Project with camera". Thank you. I did that but still can't get it to work. After openingk a new project as "Project with camera", I put my animation on the timeline (say 20 frames). Then when I click the camera tool, I see a red box on the scr...

Re: How to do a simple camera zoom-in?
Look up "Camera" in the manual then. It's under 8. storyboard > animatic. I did that already but it shows how to move the camera in a storyboard to turn it into an animatic. So just moving the camera over one static image. I want to move the camera in my animation. Like I want it at 100% ...

How to do a simple camera zoom-in?
Hello all, I am struggling (and failing) in trying to do a simple camera zoom in. I have animated a scene in which two characters are sitting and talking to each other. All I want to do is to have the camera zoom in on them, slowly, as they are talking. It seems like a simple enough effect but I can...

Re: Unable to use the Light Table on imported images
@neonnoodle @Animark @slowtiger - After reading all of your suggestions, I did a little more digging about "Scan Cleaner" in TVPaint 10 and I found it under Effects -> Color. I applied it and that did the trick! Thank you SO MUCH all three of you for helping me! I'm very grateful.

Re: Unable to use the Light Table on imported images
You can also set the lightable settings to "Image Color" at the top left and top right corner of the settings panel. But most of time you like to remove the white of the drawings anyway and the scan cleaner is your friend. :-) Look into the Scan Cleaner FX. That will get you where you wan...

Unable to use the Light Table on imported images
Hello all! I'm new here and this is my first post so please forgive me if I make any mistakes. I'm an aspiring 2D animator and here is my dilemma: I have a few pencil drawings of keyframes on a white background in JPG format. I would like to import them to TVPaint and draw the in-betweens myself. No...
