TVPaint Login Problems Topic is solved

Okay, I've been having this problem since last week and nobody has helped me with this problem since last week.
I tried to make an account on the main website and for some reason, it refuses to make the account.

I tried to sign up but once I submit my info, it says "Could not create account" despite receiving a confirmation email.
Even when I click the email it won't let me in and tells me that my email/password is wrong. I've tried to bring this to the devs attention through both the forums and the Facebook page, but nobody has responded at all. Personally, I'm a bit disappointed with the lack of customer service and would like somebody to address this immediately.
