Hello,
I’m new and I work with TVPaint 11 standard with Mac OS.
I wanted to creat an animated brush with ‘Free Cutbrush’, so I followed the tutorial video from TVPaint. https://youtu.be/iEsYgXWAj4c
However, when I try to cut out frames with free cutbrush, it doesn’t ask me to ‘Cut Out an Animbrush’ and it doesn’t even grab the images. I ‘ve checked that all set ups are same with the tutorial video. Is this just TVPaint standard thing or should I try it another way?
Thanks!
Free Cutbrush. Topic is solved
Re: Free Cutbrush.
Hello Zizi,
Animated brushes are cut only if at least 2 different instances (so 2 different drawings) are selected.
Now if the cutbrush tool doesn't seem to acquire any image at all, maybe you should check that you are doing it on a layer that has content in the spot where you are using the cutbrush.
