Can't download TVpaint (internal error notice) Topic is solved

Hello!

I'm trying to transfer my TVpaint from one PC to a Mac. I've dehosted TVpaint off of my PC already but when I tried to download TVpaint it comes up with

An internal error [8210] occurs, please try again.

under the upgrade/update section and nothing downloads.

Please note, I tried to re-download it back onto my PC which also didn't work and had the same error code so I don't think it's a device issue.

I use TVpaint 11.5.2 Professional (no dongle)
new device: Mac 11.2.1 Big Sur 64bit 8gb
Tablet: Huion Kamvas 16 Driver_15.5.3.350
