issue with TVPaint migrating to Mac Topic is solved

Hello,

Having used TVPaint 11 Pro many years now on windows am migrating to Mac.
- have downloaded TVPaint 11.5 Pro from TVPaint website under my Account / Software / lock code
- have installed on Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1
- have installed driver for dongle
- software starts up but immediately states dongle cannot be found, with dongle attached and lit
- can only state that dongle was purchased with TVPaint 11.0.3 Pro - but see first line download from account from website seems to suggest that 11.5 is ok for purchased license.

Please help.
