Grab current Tool with Current Paper

I think that creating brushes would be made more simple if it's possible to be able to choose for: 'Grab Current Tool with current paper'
in the paint tools panel.
Now it is really complicated to do.

I'm not sure to understand...
If Papers are enabled and that you grab the current tool, it will grab the current paper with it. Isn't it what you want ?

Or you'd like the ability to enable Papers with the grabbed tool without specifying the paper ?

edit : You can assign a shortcut to do that. The action to assign is
Tool : Toggle Paper

Very cool feature by the way.

P.s. Have you ever considered to make a videotutorial for tvpaint, because it's a very advanced and fantastic program, but quite hard to learn. I'm lucky to share a studio with Peter Wassink so I can bother him every 10 minutes with annoying questions, but for the others it's hard work.
