Icons lost

Sketch Panell RGB ----all icons are lost. What to do?
I see only grey cells without icons. :)

This happened to me once ... I don't remember what the cause was , but the fix was to right-click on the Sketch Panel RGB > This Panel > Delete . Then restart TVPaint.
The Sketch Panel RGB should now be back with the icons in place.
