Hello,
I have a question about the layer blending modes in TVPaint.
In photoshop there is a layer blending mode called "Color"
see here:
I want to know which mode I should use in TVPaint to get the same result.

Re: layer blending mode
Colorize.
(I just created a PSD file with one layer set to color, opened it in TVP and it had set the layer to the corresponding mode.)

Re: layer blending mode
That's a good idea! I opened the Photoshop file with TVPaint and know now which mode to use, thank you.

Re: layer blending mode
it's a known issue, not easy to fix for some complex reasons, but doable.
A big upgrade in the future will probably handle that.

Re: layer blending mode
I never used the mode before but it would be useful for my current project.
Oh well, I just imitated the mode by painting all the areas by hand. Luckily, there is not much movement in the scene
