I'm preparing some pages to be printed with risoprint, and the printer recommended the use of spot colour channels in Photoshop. I want to work with TVPaint, however. I don't assume there is such a thing as an equivalent to spot colour channels in TVPaint, is there? I've only briefly looked into it and it seems to be a print related thing, but I thought I'll ask just in case.
Cheers

Re: spot colour channel equivalent?
TVP offers no technical support for a real spot colour, as this would mean to add another 8bit colour channel per spot colour, which is something PS can do.
What you can do, however, is to design with a spot colour in mind. Put all elements you wish to be in that spot colour into one layer and set it to darken or multiply. This way it's easier to assign the real spot coloour to all elements after you exported to PS.
