Haven't received any info on order yet

I recently bought a copy of tv paint online last Thursday and haven't received an email of when it'll ship. I bought the standard student version and have already sent my school id to student@tvpaint.com. My bank account has already been charged and I have already received a purchase confirmation from paypal. I am worried that I made a mistake when I ordered and so I am wondering if I can updated on my order soon.
