TVPaint Animation 11.0 Standard Edition Problem

When I open TVPaint Animation 11.0 Standard Edition,it appear TVPaint Animation is not registered.

I have 20 devices USB hardware key (Dongle) want to active.

but I can not find this page on the tvpaint.com.(Please refer to the attachment file)

Can you give me a hyperlink ??
