Files empty when sharing with others

When I send a tvpaint file to a co-worker it opens completely empty. We have tried wetransfer and email.
She is however able to send me files via wetransfer and they open fine.

Any ideas why the files are showing as empty even though they open fine on my computer?

Try this:

When you SAVE a project file, first go to the Project menu > Dependencies > Embed dependencies in project (make sure Embed dependencies in project is selected).

Now try sending the .tvpp file to your co-worker after you've checked Embed dependencies in project . Does that help ?

Also possible: she's using Debut, you're using Pro, your file has more than 1 clip, she's only seeing the first, empty clip. Go into project view to check.
