Shortcut for adding 1 instance BEFORE current frame? Topic is solved

From looking back at the release notes for version 11.0.3, it looks as though there should be a command for adding 1 instance before the current frame. But in looking through the keyboard shortcuts for the Handy Custom Panel, all I am finding is a command for adding 1 instance AFTER the current frame.
Does such a shortcut exist? If so, where do I find it?

Shortcut = Layer>Insert Single Image Before Current Image
