Hello, I was wondering if someone knows how to import a camera from MAYA into TVPAINT, or an AFTER EFFECTS CAMERA into TVPAINT?
Probably the process will be something like:
1. Export CAM from MAYA to ASCII/JSX on AE
2. EXPORT CAM FROM AE to a TVPAINT readable format?
Any help on this guys?
Thanks!

Re: MAYA or AFTER EFFECTS CAMERA IMPORT
As TVPaint does not have 3D support how do you imagine this to work? just curious.

Re: MAYA or AFTER EFFECTS CAMERA IMPORT
I've been digging a bit around the camera export from MAYA to AE (3D to 3D) and the one from TVP to AE they both share a similarity on the X,Y export like xml.
SIDENOTE: I'm not a programmer...
I've just done some research on the keyframer BIN format but it seems pretty straightforward to me, the X,Y values for position are exposed within the BIN and are based on the pivot and canvas center.
Since I'm planning to use this for importing maya 2D camera motion it's enough for me the X and Y values.
The only issue is that I don't know how to paste a path on a TVPAINT camera...
The other idea i had was to track a pixel within the render of the playblast of the 3D camera imported in TVPAINT, but this would be the last option.
