There seems to bug in when using Dodge Mode and Burn Mode on Custom Brush. Everytime I use it there is an annoying tinted square background of the custorm brush. I can't seem to get rid of it. Here's an image of it.
Regular Mode is fine, but if you look at the tinted square of the image, that the annoying bug stroke goes with dodge/burn mode. It's killing me. Is there a fix to this problem?

Maybe you've cut the custom brush with display, or the layer around was not completely transparent.

Nope it's not with display. Multiply and screen seems to work but I don't know Dodge and Burn don't work. Could my Wet Profile setup that's affecting it? Do you anything about it?

Nevermind I fixed the problem. It was the Wet Profile. It was the first row in Wet Profile, when you set the it 100% and the rest after the first row to normal range that cause the bug. Maybe TVPaint can fix it to find the bug.
