Just like some here, I have a corrupted save file.
Every time I open it, TVP crashes.

That is a very old version of TVPaint. You should update to the most recent version of TVPaint 10, 10.5.7 .TVP 10.0.16
Just log in to your user account and download the update to 10.5.7 .
