Operate tvpaint effectively
I just learned cartoon painting and am doing it on tvpaint, but because of the new, I have a lot of difficulties about mixing colors and drawing actions as well as using tvpaint results. Who can give me the simplest and effective way to mine

You should definitely look into the video tutorials. But even better would be a hands-on approach: is there no other TVP user in your area whom you could ask for an afternoon of introduction?

One of the best ways to learn is to assign yourself a small project (or several small projects) to animate and color in TVPaint.
Animate a bouncing ball on a simple background. Animate a walk cycle of a simple character . Then put a moving background behind your walk cycle using the KeyFramer .
Using the tools for a specific project is the best way to learn. Don't make the projects too complicated to start with.
The various video tutorials available are also a good place to start. Some of the source .tvpp files used in the video tutorials are available to download , here:
