I want to know if I purchase the student license
how do I know if my school offers the discount/code? (I go to faculty of fine arts in egypt majoring in animation)
and if they give me no answer back, do I have to send in my ID card? keeping in mind its in arabic

secondly, I have a PC and Mac
will I be able to install the software on both computers? or will I have to purchase 2 licenses for that?

Is there any administrator that could help answer my questions?

Your student ID should be enough (but ask support about this).

The licence is cross-platform, if you want to switch systems you just download the appropriate version.[*]

Also I don't want to switch, is it possible to install both at the same time?
I have the PC at home which I work from and another macbook for outside use

You can install everywhere, but only use 1 instance at a time because the software only works in the presence of the dongle. (I've got 3 computers with TVP installed.)

You will need to send it to student[at]tvpaint.com and that will be good.
