Unlock code required, links not working Topic is solved

Hello, dear TVPaint technical support,

At first, I thought I was encountering the same issue as was described here: https://www.tvpaint.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10745

However, it's probably a bit different. The links from the programme to any webpages do not work (Help>User guide, Tech support etc., Check for update is greyed out as well). The difference is that when I fill in the unlock code a message "Unlock code required!" pops up. Running as administrator helped with neither the unlock code nor the links. I tried also changing preferences in firewall in vain.

I am using Windows 11 64-bits and TVPaint 11.0.0-32-bits.

Maybe I am doing something terribly wrong, but I do not know what that could be. Apart from the links and unlocking the license, everything seems to work just fine.

The difference is that when I fill in the unlock code a message "Unlock code required!" pops up

Can you give me your lock code in a private message?
