Does the end of the open Android version mean there will be no more tvpaint for Android?

Hello i just bought a Samsung tab s6 and tried out tvpaint for Android it's awesome it just needs a touch toggle to hide the ui elements on the fly. Anyway, i saw that it said the app will be functional up until December 31,2019. What does this mean? Is it the end of Android tvpaint?

Don't worry, TVPaint Animation will still be present on Android.
We've done the new extended builds yesterday, and we'll upload them during the month
