Custom Tool Bin Missing Topic is solved

I’m on TVP 11 Pro.
11.0.8

I don’t have a custom tool panel like this:

People refer to the 2b pencil here all the time.

My tool bar includes the Nature panel.

But the others are different.
I have a Crayon panel with various Pencil 1 - 11 options. I have a Pen panel. An Acrylic Panel. A watercolor.

But not “pencils, pens and felt tips” ...and I guess that is where the 2b pencil tool is.

Please advise!!!!
