Unable to Open file in TvPaint

Hi there saw a few threads on this and i am in need of help, so i accidentally had deleted my file and then i recovered it from the bin and now it doesnt open just opens up tvpaint but non of my actual work.

My os is Windows 10
tvpaint 11.

This file is very important and i need it to work if its possible
