unwanted horizontal lines..

Hey

I keep on getting thin horizontal lines in my exports. I mostly just draw thick black lines when I animate and so you can see it very well. Especially when I export without background. The lines appear to transparent when I open them in Adobe Premiere.





I'd rather NOT have them

Would somebody know how to fix this?

This looks like a compression artifact. Wich image format and wich codec did you use?
